Easter Initiative

Los Angeles, CA

For Easter, Los Angeles Rams Cornerback Troy Hill and his non-profit, Star Players Academy, teamed up with Legacy Philanthropy to offer support and cheer during these uncertain times. We assembled gifted twenty-two Easter baskets to HomeLight Family Living and Peace4Kids.

HomeLight Living is part of the Midnight Mission organization in Los Angeles that assists families facing homelessness. Peace4Kids is a non-profit organization that services foster youth in the South Los Angeles area. The goal of out Easter initiative was to offer support and cheer during this holiday to families and youth in need.

The families at HomeLight Living were in need of cleaning supplies, food and other basic items while there were eleven children from Peace4Kids unable to attend their online classes due to a lack of internet ready devices. In recognition of these needs, the Easter baskets included cleaning supplies, grocery gift cards, puzzles, games, Easter eggs, candy and an iPad to ensure the children had access to their educational courses so that they could successfully complete the school year.

Impactful. Intentional. Indelible.
